At the end of May 2024, we were delighted to reconnect with Mr. Hamidi, a valued customer who had purchased one of our hydraulic press machines three years ago. This time, he reached out to us with a new requirement: custom molds and a larger hydraulic press machine to meet his latest production needs.

Understanding the Customer's Needs

Our conversation began with a discussion about hydraulic press molds, as Mr. Hamidi needed specific tooling for his new products. During our communication, we shared detailed images and videos of our 630T hydraulic press, which matched his production scale and technical requirements.

To our pleasant surprise, Mr. Hamidi informed us that he had already purchased one of our machines three years earlier and was very satisfied with its performance. Based on the updated product drawings and specifications he provided, he now required a larger and more powerful model.

Customized Engineering Support

Our engineering team quickly got to work, creating a dynamic diagram based on Mr. Hamidi’s product drawings. This diagram clearly illustrated the stretching and forming process, helping the customer understand how the new hydraulic press would operate with his products.

To further enhance the machine’s performance, we configured it with a Siemens PLC system, featuring a 7-inch display screen. We also added a displacement sensor and pressure sensors to allow real-time monitoring and automatic control. This feature allows the user to set a travel distance, which the system will automatically detect and stop at precisely.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Plan

By the end of July, Mr. Hamidi officially placed the order for production. Given the weight and height of the hydraulic press, we planned the logistics carefully. The machine would be shipped in several disassembled parts to ensure safe and efficient transport. Each component was wrapped in multiple layers of standard export-grade plastic film for protection.

Moreover, our skilled engineers will travel to Mr. Hamidi’s factory to assist with on-site installation and commissioning. They will also conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure that his staff fully understands how to operate and maintain the machine.
