Performance characteristics:

• The machine tool has two forms: single machine and double machine linkage;
• The three beams of the machine tool are welded components, all of which are tempered in the tempering furnace as a whole, and processed by a large-scale drop boring and milling machine, with good precision retention;
• The machine body adopts a multi-column structure, and the surface of the column is treated with medium-frequency quenching, with good strength, high hardness, wear resistance and tensile resistance;
• The slider stroke adopts imported displacement sensor detection and signal transmission, closed-loop control, electro-hydraulic proportional pump execution, good cylinder synchronization effect, and strong slider anti-eccentric load capacity;
• The machine tool is equipped with an independent electrical cabinet, using Japanese Mitsubishi PLC + touch screen control, and centralized operation is achieved through the operation panel. The action specifications in the semi-automatic state are divided into fixed stroke and fixed pressure. The fixed pressure state has pressure holding delay and automatic return functions;
• The machine tool is equipped with two-handed operation, multiple external emergency stops, overload protection, safety guardrails and other safety measures.
